me know PT3 have All-in EV only on Graphs or one hands, but me can see this on tab "General" ? (Holdem Manager have this option long time), also EV BB/100

No, the General tab does not display individual hands so you can't see EV there.
There are plans to store EV information in the database, and at that point there will be stats available for the other sections/reports.

This will be possible in PT4, but because EV values aren't stored in the database in PT3 it isn't possible.
