How is the PT3 interface is created?

Hi,
i have a question and i hope it is not prohibited to ask but which programming language do you used for PT3? Is is C++ and what software do you used for especially creating the interface?
Iam asking because iam a beginner in programming and iam interrested in creating a software and especially the interface creating is something i have no idea how to start. For beginning i what to create a litte software for my personal use which allows me to manage my gold and silver coins (excel is not so good).

I believe C++ is used, but I don't have any more detail myself. There are many options for software development, and within each language several tools for writing different aspects. Each has its own advantages depending on what you want to do. I doubt our development team will have the time to answer your questions in the depth you'll need, and you'll probably find more information with a web search or by asking on development forums.
