Stats importing doesnt work

Hi, I have a problem with importing my statistics. If I open my PT in a list - TEXAS HOLDEM - CASH-GAMES, there should be a list of players (on the right side of the window) - these are all players I have ever met by the tables. But the names are missing - there are written some errors instead:

The spaces in the column´s name: "Player" is empty (there should be written my nick "Tomann21") and it is impossible to write it in it standardly, and the column next to it called "Site" is also empty.

This all caused that I also cannot see any winnigs, graphs, results of sessions, starting hands etc. and if I click on "Begin Auto Import", no stats are imported.

I also tried MANUAL IMPORT FROM DIRECTORY but it doesn´t work as well - error message:
"There were errors during the housekeeping process:
Unable to execute query: VACUUM
holdem_table_session_summary;; Reason: Fatal Error
(ERROR: relation "holdem_table_session_summary" does not exist)"

I would be grateful for some advices.

When you did the manual import were any hands imported?
It doesn't sound like there is any information in the database but if you report your problem your log files will contain the full errors and allow one of our support technicians to work with you to get things sorted out.

How can I find, if there is any informations in the database?

That error message is implying that one of our necessary database tables does not exist; you will almost certainly need to create a new database in order to get around this issue.

But HOW can I create a new database, from which directory? I clicked on the top icon "Database" and then "Database management", then "Edit" on the bottom left pannel but I dont know which directory to choose - WHERE is the database saved in my PC.
