sent a ticket or two.

cant find the hands from betsafe(on game) on my c;drive? so cant put the folder on the pokertracker 3 to start importing hands. please help need to play on this site asap.

The latest OnGame client saves hands to:

C:\Users\yourname\P5JavaClientSettings\handhistory

PT3 should find this if you click the Auto Detect button in Auto Import > OnGame Configuration, but if not you can add it manually.

i try to auto detect and it says

'no ongame skins were not detected on this computer"

i played on betsafe last night so the hands must be going somewhere? im totally lost i cant find that file in the c:drive under betsafe either

what do i do please?

been looking for this on my computer c drive for half an hour. no joy at all.

Where is it? i click betsafe file in the c drive

i really need pokertracker on when using this site tbh, and not sure im going to get it on... when i search on the betsafe file on the c drive it says a file called 'arch'???

any help would be great so lost here.

You will need to replace "yourname" with the username that you log into Windows under, but that's where the HH files should be being written to. Have you typed that path into Windows Explorer?

It's possible they are written to a slightly different path if you're in a different version of Windows (I have Windows 7).
Try searching for .log files written today (assuming you played today).

Sorry im very clueless with windows etc, ive got windows vista. where do i actually do a search? ive done it the bottom bar thing of the start logo but nothing. no idea at all what to do next here? where do i search for log files?

sorry if i sound thick but i have no idea where to find these files for the life of me.
