my question is: will omaha be supported for free in the upcoming poker tracker 4? Or will we have to purchase it separately?

Holdem and Omaha will be separate purchases as they are for PT3, but a discounted bundle of both will be available as well (as we do for PT3). If you already have PT3 then the upgrade will be extremely affordable (details haven't been released yet, but I'm assured it will be very reasonable).
