Postby pccarballo » Mon Aug 22, 2011 12:10 am

Hi

In my email account I have mails for deposits/cashout etc and when I wnat to import tournament summaries with the import from email they do load. Is there anyway so those mails do not load but I can still have them in my account. Im using gmail fwiw.

Thanks!

PT3 doesn't know what the content of the emails is (until you actually tell it to import from specific emails) - it is just retrieving a list of the titles. IIRC GMail actually stores all of your email subfolders in the same place to splitting things up that way won't help.
One thing you could do is to create a separate gmail account just for your results, and either change the address you have registered with your site or forward the results to the new account.

Hi

I know PT3 doesn´t know the content of the mails :). My question is that if there is something that it can be done in gmail so certain emails aren´t shown. The problem is that, in Stars, you have only 1 email account with the site, and all the deposit/cashout request cannot be sent to another mail (and I would like to keep those mails).

Thanks!

Right but in gmail at least you can set a rule to forward all emails with subject matching something specific (that includes tournament results, for example) to forward to some other location - then use the Import From Email function to get the email that was forwarded via that rule to some other email address.
