Goalwin (ongame) HUD

There is no HUD appearing. Hands are importing fine but there is no HUD appearing on my table. What is the problem?

The HUD does not work for OnGame on Mac due to a bug in the Mac version of the OnGame software. We're hoping that an update to the OnGame Mac software will fix this and then the HUD will work, but I can't say for sure because we have no control over the OnGame software.

If you use the instant play (web) client for OnGame then the HUD will be able to display.

HUD just stopped working for me yesterday in a tournament (ongame). It could have been when I got to a new table but i don't think so. I tried to relaunch PT3 several times but it didn't work. Is this normal? It still worked perfectly on ipoker as usual.

What do u think happened?

Were you playing through the web client or the downloadable client?

You are playing on a PC correct? Not a Mac?

update on this? I can run on my mac with PT3 or parallels with HEM

There hasn't been a change to the OnGame Mac software as far as I'm aware so to use the HUD you will need to use the instant play version, or run Windows on your Mac (e.g. with Parallels, as you suggest).
