Table Tracker Problem

Hello i have a problem.

when I tray open the poker star's table useing table traker i show something like this :

"Unable to open table 'Jilin III'
Keep in mind that some sites are required to be launched through PokerTracker in order for the table opening to work properly.
You may also need to adjust the lobby filters at the site so the tables being launched are visible in the table list.

Maybe someone of U have the same problem and going to help me ?
I don't know soo good what I should to do and what means this information.

What version of PT3 are you currently using? If you're not using our most recent beta, please upgrade to that version as it may resolve your issues for you.

I tray to using table PT3 in version 3.10 and 3.11.5beta and it's not inaf ( I using windows 7 )
because I see the same information. What I can to do ?
Maybe U know what I can to do it more to can useing this ?

You will need to be using v3.11.5 Beta - changes to the clients often mean that TT needs to be updated and older versions may not work.

Make sure that you launch PokerStars using the Launch Site button in TT rather than running it yourself, and that you do not have any filters enabled in the PokerStars lobby as if the table you're trying to open is hidden TT will not be able to open it.

If you still have problems please tell us exactly what you're searching for and trying to open.

Hi I Have second time the same problem with poker tracker.
Yesterday I were playing in poker .TT was good and yesterday evening he's not working soo good.
I see the second time thesame information :

I don't changing anything before I start playing TT i PS yesterday evening soo I don't know whats going one .
First time when I have the same problem and I do everything what write me to do White rider and kraada everything was all write and I tray to do the same thing and it's not working this time I think that I have everything good with this TT but maybe It doesn't and I'm wrong .
Maybe something of U gays have the same situaction and can help me?

1. OPEN TT => I found the table => I open PS Using TT =>And I open the table whitch I faund in TT and now I see this information .. '' Keep in mind thet some... (..) '


All filters of PS are exclouded and Table when I want to play is visible in PS

Are you using our latest beta version of PT3 (3.11.5)?

Then please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.
