Hi, I have seen in the promo page of PT4 have since licensed to PT3 PT4 will be able to upgrade for free. This is true for when you leave the new software? for when it is estimated that happen?

If you purchase PT3 now, you will receive PT4 for free.
We do not have a firm deadline for PT4's release at this point in time - it will be released for beta testing once it has reached a sufficiently complete stage.
