ALL-IN EV and the rake

Hello,
My all-in EV is way above my amount won (about 10 buy-ins.) I have heard similar stories. I was wondering if the rake is accounted for.
If I am say I am all-in and have put $50 into a $100 pot. If I lose I will lose $50 but with 5% rake if I win I only win $45

So if my EV was 50% the calculation should be 0.5*45 - 0.5*50 = -2.5

Is that the way it is calculated ?

Rake is not part of the equation - you cannot win back the amount that will be raked either way. Please see this FAQ for details on exactly how things are calculated.

The rake does matter, or rather it must be correctly ignored.
OK I understand the FAQ, you deduct the rake before doing the all-in EV calculation.

Follow up question.
Say I have $10 left in my stack, my opponent has $5 left.

If I bet $5 and put my opponent all-in will the result be included in MY all-in EV graph.
If I bet $10 and go all-in but get $5 returned is the result included in MY all-in EV graph.

Yes. Whenever there can be no further betting and there are cards to come, calculations will occur.
