If I use pokertracker on two separate computers with the same registration code...will my stats be the same on both computers or will my stats only show how I have done that one computer?

Each machine will show only data from the hands you've imported into it. However, if you copy across your hands from one machine to the other, you can import them and thus get your data to match. See this tutorial for details on how to manage this kind of setup.
