PT3 Beta 11 - No Player Search Stats

I downloaded and bought version Pockertracker 3, the Beta 11 edition.

When I go into the Texas Hold 'em , then Cash Games settings and search it rejects all names I put in

Is there something I am doing wrong as I cannot get any player stats up at all

I am downloading to another pc to test there as well

Just a couple of questions.
Have you imported your hand history?
If so ... you may need to click "refresh" to see players in the list.
Have you read through the PT3 FAQ's viewtopic.php?f=45&t=4097#p19452
Hopefully this may get you moving in the right direction

Yes and yes

It is weird cause it will not let me bring in any player info and pings when I use the search function

This is bugging me lol, because somewhere in the back of my mind I remember this happening to me
After searching the posts I found someone who got a ping on the search and then it occurred to me that it may have been when I tried searching for player before I had gone into settings and identified my own screen name. Just another thought for what its worth

I will see what happens om my other pc when I set it up

One funny thing, I bought the software and it gave me a Registration code but under the help/other there is no input yet for the registration

Maybe just time to go to the pub and start again tomorrow

Did you try clicking the Refresh button after importing your hands. Also, if you have filters set, try clearing them.

This is because PT3 is not yet commercially released, you get the code early so that you can use PT2 and PAH if PT3 does not yet support your site, or provide the functionality you need.

You said you did go click on the settings button on the upper menu and entered your screen name in the popup box??
