POST NOTIFICATIONS - Why send me one when I made the post?

[mossback1]

Is it possible to set up the Forums so that an email notfication is not sent to me (subscribed to topic) when I make the post? I do not need to be notified on a new post when I made it.

Was also wondering if the View Stats go up each time I view a topic that I started? After posting, I regularly go back and re-read my post, then if I `edit' and view again, that 3 towards stats. <inor concern>

I am not sure. It seems silly that you would be notified when you post the message. Maybe this will be fixed in a future phpBB release...

Sorry, I wish I could be more helpful. :(

Best regards,

Derek
