Observed hands won't import

I set up PT3 and want to play on Pokerstars.

I don't play much on pokerstars, but it immediately recognised it (didn't recognise FTP and Party which I also have installed) and auto-imported a freeroll I played a few days ago.

I started observing some cash nlhe, but the hands would not import for whatever reason. I don't want to play anything until I have PT3 set-up correctly, because I was playing with PT before and it wouldn't work, which sent me on tilt and cost me thousands of dollars.

PokerStars doesn't allow datamining so doesn't write hand histories for observed tables, only played tables.

I don't know what the rules are here... but PokerOffice will import the first 29 hands of an observered table. After that it stops and tells you that PS has rules about data mining.

Whoops!!! My bad, didn't realise this wasn't allowed. Other than this, Pokertracker 3 has been top class and extremely easy to use. I'll definetly be purchasing this product when it comes on the market, well done.
