autorate icons not updating

[connieclh]

Hello,

I recently opened a new database on PT3, and moved all my HHs from the old PT3 DB.

The only problem I am having is when a player has hit 50 hands, their icon is not updating. When I was using my old database, the icon would always update as soon as the player hit 50 hands. I still have the 50 hands marked as the level for the icon to appear.

I ran the manual update, so all of my old data has icons, but with new players hitting 50, they are not getting a new icon. I have new players that have reached 70 or 100 hands with their icon still not being automatically updated.

What do I need to do in order for the icon to automatically update, like it was when i was using my other database?

Thx,

connieclh

Please post PT3 questions in the PT3 section of the forum.

Did you export and import your rules into the new database?
Have you enabled the 'auto rate during imports' option?
Do you have over 50 hands on the players in just the new database? (not in total with the old database too)
Have you configured the HUD Options to use your new database?
Do the icons in the main application reports update when you click Refresh?

If that doesn't explain it Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Please make a note of a player who's icon should have updated but didn't.
