I installed the trial version and everything worked properly and one day the hud would only display for myself and sometime one other. I have read through the tutorial and checked the common problems and nothing has helped. I even reinstalled everything and stil nothing. I have the full version now and I am dissappointed that I cant get it working properly. Please help.

Are the hands still importing correctly into PT2?
What version of PAHud are you using? If it's not 1.19.10.4 then please update - download it here.

If that doesn't help please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

If you are using PT3 please read the FAQ: PT3 HUD and follow the support directions there.

Im using PT3 hud. I dont think acehud works with it but i will enable logging and send u the log file. I actually posted in the wrong section. I thought it was support for PT3 hud. Sorry

PAHUD does not work with PT3, only the built in PT3 HUD works with PT3; sending us a log file will not change that . . .

The problem is that the hud with pt3 isnt working. It only shows my stats. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips and still no hud.

What version of PT3 are you using: Build 5.2 or Beta 30.9? What poker site are you playing at?
