postgres not starting

Ive had the issue with the Vista update. So I took all the steps that you put on the post. Uninstalled postgress, reinstall the newest postgres, everything went ok and reinstall PT3 build 4 without postgres and Im having the same problem. PostgreSQL is not starting into my task managher although ive click the Service Start

Please zip up and attach the 3 most recent files in the C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\Data\pg_log directory to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

the only folders Ive got in the data one are pg_tblspc and pg_twophase and there are no files
