Reinstall postgre

Under the documention about reinstalling postgre (under service configuration) there is a post called "account domain" What is that? In the uninstall/reinstall manual it says DEREK-PC. Obviously i shouldnt write that. What shall I write? My username on the local PC, the name of my network workgroup or does it not matter what i write?

If your computer is in a windows domain, that box will be filled in. If it isn't filled in on your computer, you don't need to change it; it should be automatically detected by the PostgreSQL installer.
