there are no errors in importing the stats, but the formulated stats won't show up on the screen. my full tilt and pokerstars ones are working so I don't know what the problem is. Thanks.

So hands are importing correctly?
But you're not seeing them in the main application reports? (or in the HUD?)

You will need to be running the latest version, beta 26, for full Cereus support.

Please read the release notes - in particular note that Beta 25 introduces HUD profiles and this will reset the positions of your groups on the table - the configuration of the groups will be unaffected but you will need to reposition the stats just this once and then PT-icon -> Save Layout. Tutorial: Managing HUD Profiles

Check that you don't have any filters set - click "Clear".

If you still have problems Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table then click the refresh button on one of the reports where you should see the hands and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
