Configure PostgreSQL Database Error

Hello,

I have been trying for the 2nd day and no joy to get poker tracker3 working,
I am not good with computers, and getting more frustrated,
I have reinstalled a few things, looked at the forums and now i come to this menu and it comes up with an error.

" Unable to create PostgreSQL database:
PT3_2010_03_30_154648
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason:
FATAL: password autenticataion failed for user "postgres" "

any ideas whats going on and how i can sort it out?

I uninstalled and reinstalled postgre again, Seems to have sorted it out fingers crossed.
