Tooltip formatting?

I have a custom % stat in my hud. But when I hover over it, the tool tip doesn't give me (attempts/opportunities) like the other stock stats. How do I format this?

It's probably because your Value Expression isn't laid out quite right - it can be a bit picky.
Make sure it looks like this:
(a / b) * 100

If you can't get it to work correctly export your stat and attach it to a Support ticket and someone will take a look at it for you.

It shouldn't really make any difference, but give it a go.
If it doesn't work, attach it to a support ticket.

Did this ever get solved? Some of my custom stats (built on custom columns) work fine ( shows attempts/opportunities), some don't.
Got the exact same formatting as suggested below.

I haven't had an update on this sort of issue in quite a while. If you attach the stat that's not working to a support ticket though we'll make sure to look into it for you.

I had a very basic custom stat, (cnt_action / cnt_action_opp) * 100 which worked fine. Then I tried to reverse the percentage doing (1-(cnt_action / cnt_action_opp)) * 100 and also ((cnt_action_opp - cnt_action) / cnt_action_opp) * 100 and the times/opportunity tooltip was lost (also same effect in a report window using this stat). Most other stats still were fine. Going back to original (cnt_action / cnt_action_opp) * 100 didn't help, no opportunity count.

I did a complete housekeeping including reindex and rebuild cache, and the tooltip came back to life. Same for another stats that were missing the opportunity count.

I case you have a nice small test database handy you might want to investigate this... unfortunately I can't keep housekeeping my largish DP to debug further. What I can say for sure though is that it wasn't about the stat per se as the housekeeping fixed things without changing the stat.

Oops. All of the above is correct other than the reference to another stat. I still have stats that don't show the time/opp, whether in HUD or report.

I swear the stats were ok yesterday, they just stopped working.

I now looked at one of those that failed today (let's call this stat A) and removed some white space from the value expression. Rerun report, worked.
Tried to fix stat B, rerun report. Not working. Neither is stat A.
Changed the report a bit, saved, rerun. Stat A and B work fine.
