Can you filter data by time

In the filter part, you can filter by many things including specific dates, specific limits, and all kind of things, but I cannot seem to find a time filter. Is there such filter available in the filter tab and where is it located?

For example I want to see a filter of between 12-6 for the $55 tournament, is there a way to do that using the filter thing?
