Hey,

Looking at the DB documentation for "holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_open"...

If the player opened the pot pre-flop, then this is set true, otherwise it is set false.

Would I be right in assuming that when no players have entered a pot, other than the blinds, that if the player calls or raises that this will be set to true, and false otherwise? I.e. calling counts too, not just raising.

Similarly for hhps.flg_p_open_opp, if the player had the opportunity to be the first to put money in the pot, not from a blind position, that this is true and false in all other cases?

So taking that further, is there a way to calculate "flg_p_limp_opp"? I.e. if the player had the option of limping-in without necessarily opening the pot.

Also, how do the call/raise counters in holdem_hand_player_statistics work? Specifically I wanted to know whether the call counts include bets required to match a bet when raising? For instance: pre-flop: UTG raises, 2nd position raises, Hero raises, everybody folds. Then the record in HHPS will look like the following, or not?

cnt_p_call = 3
cnt_p_raise = 1
...

If not, would it then be possible to calculate re-raise defence opportunity? I.e. when the player's own raise gets re-raised.

Add cnt_p_open_opp and cnt_p_limp_after_limpers_opp in order to get total limp opportunities. (As you can only limp if you either are the first to limp, or if others have limped in front of you.)

For your questions about the counters, normally you have to say from whose perspective you are interested. Though in the example you gave, nobody called, and everybody who raised raised exactly once.

cnt_p_facing_limpers is the built-in column.

However, I have a column for limp opportunities.
