if not can someone create a new,

here is how you earn them:
Two (2) PartyPoints are awarded for each $1 USD paid in tournament fees.

For example, if you play in a $22 USD ($2 USD fee) poker tournament, you will be awarded Four (4) PartyPoints.

and

PartyPoints are awarded as follows:

Two points for every $1 you contribute in rake
For example: blinds are $1/2 (no-limit), four players are dealt cards and the pot is $40. The total rake taken is $2 which means each player receives one point.

Note: an individual player's rake contribution is calculated by dividing the total rake collected in that hand by the number of players who were dealt cards. Find out about the PartyPoker.com rake structure here.

That looks like a pretty simple system so if the stat you link isn't the current system you should be able to update it pretty easily.
Have a look at the Tutorial - Custom Reports and Statistics and have a go.
If you get stuck please post back and let us know where you're up to and we'll help you out.

Except that the PT team should fix how MGR is calculated at jackpot tables.
Currently the additional jackpot rake is added to the MGR, but it shouldn't be.

Yes, that is a known bug that we plan on fixing. If you create a support ticket about the issue we can link it to the bug so that you receive automatic notification when a fix for this is available.
