Is there any way to find out the winnng (success) % of a player's "3Bet Preflop - CBet Flop"?

Then what's going to be easier is to use stats that already exist and filter to the situation you want to see. See the Tutorial: Filters for more on how to use the filters. You'd want to add a fitler for 3betting preflop and cbetting the flop and then analyze from there.
