Hello
do you know if it's possible to create stats: CHECK/FOLD and CHECK/CALL and CHECKBACK ?
Thanks

It certainly is, which street did you want to do this for?

And how did you want the opportunities to work? E.g. for check/fold should it be the % that you fold given that you check and face a bet? Or did you want something else?

Hello
First thank you so mush for your help.
I want the total stats and for every street if it's possible, and yes it's the % that you fold given that you check and face a bet.
Thanks

The flop version is as follows:

cnt_f_check_face_bet: sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'X_%', 1, 0])

cnt_f_check_fold: sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'XF', 1, 0])

Put the latter over the former and multiply by 100.

To make turn and river versions, change lookup_actions_f to lookup_actions_t and lookup_actions_r respectively (and of course create the columns by the right names).

There's a detailed tutorial on how to create stats like this using column definitions in the Tutorial: Using Custom Statistics and Reports, which is probably worth your time to read over.

How do I convert this into a tournament stat? I get "The statement is a valid SQL"

cnt_f_check_face_bet: sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'X_%', 1, 0])

cnt_f_check_fold: sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'XF', 1, 0])

I usually just add "tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics" when I convert cash game stats, but for this one, it has a different kind of expression I'm not use to.
I tried this below and it didn't work.

cnt_f_check_face_bet: sum(if[tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics_lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'X_%', 1, 0])

How do I correct this expression to make it valid?

There is nothing specific to cash games in those expression so you can just use them exactly as they are.

See the Tutorial - Custom Reports and Statistics for more information about using LIKE and other string comparisons.

The "LIKE" feature is so confusing.

What would be the difference if I were to use the "LIKE" vs without "LIKE" for the example below? Would this change the percentage or would it be the same?
Which one would I use if I want to see villian check fold to a bet and only fold when facing a bet (not the action of a raise).

cnt_f_check_face_bet: sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'X_%', 1, 0])
cnt_f_check_fold: sum(if[lookup_actions_f.action LIKE 'XF', 1, 0])

cnt_f_check_face_bet: sum( if[ lookup_actions_f.action = 'X_%', 1, 0 ] )
cnt_f_check_fold: sum (if[ lookup_actions_f.action = 'XF', 1, 0 ] )

LIKE 'XF' is the same as = 'XF'. LIKE 'X_%' does not have an equivalent with =, if you tried it would not validate. LIKE allows you to use more than = does, at a small cost of query speed.
