Steal Stats and Vs. Steal Stats

Postby Skull_AK » Fri Apr 30, 2010 8:48 am

hi everybody
im trying to create a group steal in my HUD and a popup when you click on it with these stats:
- attempt to steal by positions (from CO, BU and SB) --- no problem with these cause i have found these stats in section download custom stats.
- Vs. steal - this mean: when i do a steal attempt how % the villain does:
Fold from SB and BB --- I supose these stats are Fold SB to Steal and Fold BB to Steal in Pokertracker stats
Raise from SB and BB -- the same, i think are Raise Sb Steal Att and Raise BB Steal Att in pockertracker stats
ok, my doubt are for Call option (Call to an attempt to steal from sb and bb)
which are these stats ?
are these two: SB Faced Steal and BB Faced Steal ????? or i must create them ??

well, another question: i would like to know if is possible to know de VPIP and PFR by positions, but instead of Pockertracker do as:
EP / MP / LP and blinds
on this way :
EP / MP / CO / BU / SB / BB

thanks for all,

You're correct about the Vs steal stats which are already built in.

If you want to build a Call vs Steal stat for SB or the BB you can duplicate the Fold SB to Steal stat and change the value expression's "fold" to "call" (that column already exists) and change the Name/Description/Format tab as you desire and that should be all you need to do for that.

For each statistic you'd want to show as CO only and BU only you'd need to build a custom statistic. Since you already have ATS from CO and ATS from BU, you should be able to look at their columns and get an idea how it works; it's fairly simple, if tedious.

You might also want to read this tutorial.

thanks a lot for your quickly response kraada
if i understad you i must change in value expresion '(cnt_bb_steal_fold / cnt_steal_def_opp_bb) * 100' by '(cnt_bb_steal_call / cnt_steal_def_opp_bb) * 100' right ??
for the other stats im going first to read the tutorial and then practice cause im very new on this.
thanks again

Right. If you want to see how cnt_bb_steal_call is defined, you can see the definition on the Columns tab. Looking at existing columns is a good way to start figuring out how things are really built and what you can (and can't) do.

Just a hint from my point of understanding...

Don`t make it to complicated. If you have a stat that shows the "fold to steal" and if you have a stat, which shows the "raise to steal", then you don`t need a further "call to steal", because it must be all the cases where there was no fold and no raise.
