This can definitely be done.
On the Tournament -> Reports tab, choose the Player Statistics section and create a new report. Add to it hands and attempt to steal.
Click the blue Filters link on the left. Uncheck "Filter on Active Player".
Now comes the part where you customize the filter.
tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.amt_before is the player's starting stack in chips.
tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb is the size of the big blind for that hand.
So if you wanted to look at, for example, hands where a player had between 8 and 10 big blinds when they were attempting to steal you'd add the filter:
tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.amt_before / tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb >= 8 AND tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.amt_before / tourney_holdem_blinds.amt_bb <= 10
Then click save.
You can edit as you'd like, of course, and each time you change it, save and run your report and you'll get the data from your entire database on ATS % with the parameters you've set up.
You can of course also go further with this; see the Simple Filters section if you want to use any normal filter (e.g. >= 5 players at the table), and you can add any other stat you'd like as well.
