Today I had a remote session with Derek to solve a problem that my machine created with PAH. He was very professional and efficient, and very kind scheduling that session with me in a 24 hours notice.
The problem was originated in my computer, nothing wrong with PAH as I thought.
This shows the excelency level that this guys have in the costumer service area.
