I have a problem with the hud during tournaments because hands are always refresh every 15 hands to 0 and i don't know why. So i have never more than 15 hands. If someone can help me i would be very happy

You probably have 'show stats from current limit only' enabled in the Options > Preferences > Filters tab, so that every time you move to a new limit you don't have any hands on your opponents from the new limit.
