help with stars

After downloading the new beta I am unable to see the hole cards mucked at showdown. Also, I've never been able to get popup stats to work on Stars. I appreciate any help you can give. Thanks

Try disabling 'Flicker Free Drawing' and see if that resolves the issue. Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->PokerStars, uncheck 'Flicker Free Drawing'.

If that does not fix the issue, what operating system are you using? If you are using Vista, try disabling 'User Account Control' then reinstalling PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation.

Thank you for your help. I followed the steps you provided (I am running Vista) and am now able to see pop up stats, but am still unable to see mucked cards at showdown. Anything else I can try?

Open your Layout Manager, Options->Layout Manager. Select PokerStars and your table type (size). Select '(Misc) Mucked Hands at Showdown' from the stat pull down menu. Make sure that visible is still checked.
