HUD only shows some of villains hands

I've recently noticed that my HUD (1.19.6 beta) and PT2 (2.16.03d) is not showing all the hands from opponents. Looking over the stats from a player at my table I'll show x number of hands, but when I look up that same player in PT2 I see more hands then the HUD shows at the table.

Is this a known issue with an easy fix?

How far behind are the numbers?
There is a setting called "Refresh Rates" in PAH which determines how often a player's stats update. The more hands you have on a player the less often they will update - e.g. if you have 1000 hands on a player their stats will not change significantly with each hand so they may be set to update only every 20 hands.
Have a look on the Preferences window / Refresh Rates section.
