PA HUD cache question?

Postby wamblam » Mon Jul 14, 2008 3:09 pm

Do I have to rebuild the cache for every different poker site I play at?

As an example I have many databases for both Stars and Fulltilt.

What if a player at Fulltilt has the same username as a player at Stars, will it give me the wrong stats or does it seperate them by Pokersite?

The cache will be built for all databases which are selected in PAH (one cache for all DBs).
If you change DBs or filters the cache will be recreated.

For players with the same name across sites, or even if you know that someone with different names is the same real player, you can create an alias for them, as you can for yourself.

I am more woried about different players with the same name. (giving incorrect stats)

As an example on FTP a player has the same username as me on Stars.

Can the cache seperate the same usernames by pokersite?

Ah, I see.
There is no need to worry about that - each player on each site is separate in PT2, so 2 players with the same name on separate sites will have separate stats. The cache is irrelevant to this.
