Still have that problem, log file couldnt be created.

Did you enable logging successfully?
If you are using Vista you will need to disable 'User Account Control' (UAC).

Do you get some sort of message saying the log file couldn't be created?

I am having the same problem. It worked fine earlier this week.
I re-installed and re-registered. It says I have an invalid code.

Please create a support ticket and send us a log file as requested above.

What is your ticket number? I can't see any tickets under your name.

I enabled logging by modifing config as guide said and then tried to run hud, no error log file created in log directory, i use xp.

Please re-enter your PAH registration code and it should register properly for everyone.

Then something is preventing you from connecting to the server. Did you make sure that PAHud.exe is allowed Full Internet access through any firewalls installed on your computer?

If you are absolutely certain that your firewall is not blocking PAH from connecting to the registration server then please enable logging, restart PAH, enter your code and when you receive the "Failed to communicate..." message, immediately send us your PAHud.log file via the support system.

Yes its working now, strange that before i didnt need to put hud in firewall exception list.

You probably updated your firewall since then (the version at least) and sometimes they get over-zealous.
Anyway, glad you got it working!
