IMPORTING PROBLEM

On Oct30,2007 Full Tilt changed my hand history folder from c:programfiles\FullTilt\handhistory\ryaned2 to c:Users\ned\Documents\ryaned2
when compatibility is selected the 8 hand histories from c:programfiles\FullTilt\handhistory\ryaned2 comes up
At this point I am resigned to wait for version 3 of poker tracker is available...but I have to say this experience poker tracker support is crazy

I have decided to post screen shots of relevant widows...hope this isn't frowned on...I really want to get poker traker up and running properly and get bak to plaiyng poker...appreciate the help...previous post was in a moment of despair....sorry

The screen prints are fine, they will help figure out the problem.

I need you to go into the FT software, select Options > Hand History and create a screen shot of that window and then put that into a reply.

I also need to know if Vista is prompting you to cancel/allow Full Tilt to run every time you try to start it. I needs to be doing this because if it's not then it's not running as administrator.

It should if you are running as admin.

Right-click on the Full Tilt desktop icon and select "Run as administrator". Does it prompt you now?

If so, open PT (the same way, running as admin) open the Full Tilt auto-import window and start the timer.

Now play some hands for about 10 minutes. Does the auto-import window now show you that hands are being imported each time the timer fires?

yes it imports hands when i log into both PT AND full tilt as admin Full Tilt imports my hand historyto c:Users\ned\Documents\ryaned2
does that matter?

and how can I get poker tracker on my desktop computer in addition to my laptop that it is on

Yes it matters, you have to run ALL your poker programs as administrator.
