this kind of error shows up. how can i fix this? thanks

I have the same problem since the last update of pokerstars which has been done today.

What site you are you importing from?
What version of PT2?
What name/email did you use to purchase PT2? I have no record of the name/email used for this site.

I have the version 2.17.02a.
The problem is coming from pokerstars.
The name and email that I use to purchase PT2 has the same that I have enter on this account.
