I am not swift with computers..cant get pt working

I paid for PT and installed everything with the help of a friend. Everything worked great for a month, but I did something wrong with registration, and had to reregister. After re-registering, my pt2 is not working. I cant figure it out...I put the following under hand history file location in pt2, as well as ultimate history preferences, and poker ace hud preferences: C:\Program Files\PokerAce Hud\Data\UltimateBet\HandHistories

when i open a table, and click hand history, i get the box in the lower left of the table with the three stats...but the only player stats I get are from players that i played prevously a bunch of hands. no player stats. I had my knowlegable friend walk me through the setup steps again..he cant figure it out...??

I am pretty frustrated!

Which program are you using to get the hand histories? You should not be using PokerAce and UltimateHistory at the same time, PokerAce gets the hand histories, you shouldn't be using UH at all.
