PT numbers not adding up on UB

so i play on UB and i use pokerace hud to import hands. after each session the overall profit won/loss doesnt match with what my cashier says.

so i have saved all hands to a file on ub. so during each session i import with pa hud. then after each session i import from saved files to get any pahud missed. still doesnt add up.

it seems like i dont get all the hands till like the next day. so my exact day profits are off. any kinda utility i should be using or anything that can fix this?

If PAHUD is not getting all the hands then you need to post this issue on the PokerAce forum.

already have. its just something that isnt going to happen.

but since ub saves all hand histories shouldnt pt be able to import them and i get all the hand histories from the day anyway?

Yes, you can, and you said you were already doing this. UB locks the hand history files until you leave the table so you can't do this until you are done at the table. If you are saying you are already doing this yet you are still missing hands then that's something you should contact UB about. Their hand history files should have all your hands played in them.
