Problem importing hands on the ongame network. I get the msg

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 0 hand(s) were imported.

Error - duplicate seats found for game #P4-76520832-169.
This error is usually indicative of the hand history information being improperly recorded in the PokerRoom (or skin) database file.

Im running vista and running PT 2.17.03B

Any1 got any ideas

This indicates the PokerRoom database file you have PT importing from is corrupt.

Under the Statistics menu on the lobby window you need to select "Advanced" > "Create Statistics File". Give it a name and then it will start to use a different file than the one that is corrupted. In Poker Tracker, on the File/Auto-Import PokerRoom (and skins) Hand Histories window click the Configure Hand History Files button and tell PT about this new file. Note also that you can delete the pointer to the older db file so PT doesn't keep trying to look at that each time and continue giving errors.

Cheers for the replie but iv tryed that and its still doing the same thing mate..... Any other ideas

Are you using Vista on this computer? If so, make sure you are running all your poker software using 'run as administrator' as detailed here

Done that also dude still no joy :(

Are you running Ongame as admin too? Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow both PT and Ongame to run when you try to start them? It should be.

The Ongame .db file should be small then if you just created a new one, use the support system to create a ticket and attach the new .db file so I can look at it.

Are there any news regarding the source of this problem as currently PT2 can't import any hands from the database.

Creation of new database doesn't help and the problem doesn't seem to be related to the number of hands played with new database. The session browser included with OnGame's client software can display hands successfully from local database.

Make sure you are using the correct SQLite ODBC drivers, download and install the drivers in this FAQ

Thanks, it seems that the newer version of SQLite ODBC drivers (0.78 vs 0.70 your offering) doesn't work properly with PT2 resulting failure during import with error message about duplicate seats. After downgrading to older version the problem disappeared.
