Importing (PokerStars) HH's

Hello all. I've been out of the loop for a while ever since the scandals broke out.

I decided today to finally test the waters by playing a simple MTT on PokerStars. However, I noticed not one handhistory was being imported. I thought it was a corrupted database perhaps and created another, but no go.

After some investigative work, it seems that no HH's were written to the HD from the client. I double checked the toggles for storing hand histories to HD in pokerstars, so I can't make sense of this.

I then went through the FaQ at PS and it seems the only thing that comes up for hand histories is through e-mail requests, etc. But no direct storage to HD anymore?

Have things changed that much that PS prevents storing of HH to your own hard drive now (I assume to counter tracking programs)? Or do I have a little unseen bug somewhere else.

PokerStars still saves your hands to your hand drive. Are you using Vista? If so, you need to read the FAQ

Thanks Mike. That seems to be the problem, Vista. I did have tracker set to run as administrator, HOWEVER the PokerStars Client software was not being run as admin and was responsible for the no HH's.

Problem fixed now.
