Problem restoring my database

Okay here is the problem. I backed up my database in win xp. evrything went well. okay now i'm on a windows vista business and trying to restore my database. ill get the error:
error tyring to create the batch file?

I put that run as administrator for all of my poker soft. what i should do?

What email was used to purchase PT2? I have no record of this one used for the site.
