PT does not import hands

When I press "force import" in the Autoimport Handhistories window I get the message: "No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import."

And that is even though I've played 1000s of hands.

And the strange thing is that it worked excellent in the beginning and I imported about 7000 hands but then it just suddenly stopped.


Can you help me?

You should be pointing it to just the C:\Poker\Victor Chandler\History\ folder and PT will scan all the sub-folders.

If there are no XML files in this folder or those sub-folders that have your player name in them then for some reason the site isn't saving them to the hard drive and you would have to email their support about this.

I've changed the handhistory-folder location without any results.

The problem is that it had worked once but just suddenly stopped importing hands.

Use Windows Explorer and check those folders and sub-folders to see if there are any XML files there. If not then the site isn't saving the files...at least to any of those folders. You'll have to contact the site for help with why their software isn't saving your hands.
