buying PT2 and pahud

I would love to buy PT2 but i have a problem.
i have no credit card, dont have a PS account, dant have paypal and i do not live in russia:-)
is there a way to pay via MB (for pahud there is i noticed)
coudlnt find it on forums (only the pokerstars exchange) or in faq either

I don't have any other options. I don't know how PokerAce is able to use MoneyBookers. We both live in the US and I am not allowed to sign up there, at least not at the time NETeller shut down all US players and I tried to sign up at MB. I'll have to ask them what they did, maybe they got in before the ban on US customers.
