Error's with import hands. Ongame. PT2

I got trouble:
When importing hand to my database from Ongame(redkings) getting error's:

Error with board cards for game #....
--
Error finding the pre-flop action for game #....
This error is usually indicative of a hand where a player making a betting action is not listed in the seating section of the hand history.

Error finding the blinds for game #....
--
Version of PT 2.17.03d (last), OS is Windows XP

I saw there post like mine, there guy had trouble like this because of working his antivirus system, well i havent antivirus, so.. Help me please some one

Are any hands being imported? These errors are because the data is not correct in the file that Ongame writes the information to, there isn't anything PT can do about these.

Some hands was imported, but a lot that not.
So what do you offer to do to me?
If this is ongame's trouble why other people havent this problem?

#1. Install the right SQLite drivers, you can get them here

#2. Under the Statistics menu on the lobby window you need to select "Advanced" > "Create Statistics File". Give it a name and then it will start to use a different file than the one that is corrupted. In Poker Tracker, on the File/Auto-Import PokerRoom (and skins) Hand Histories window click the Configure Hand History Files button and tell PT about this new file. Note also that you can delete the pointer to the older db file so PT doesn't keep trying to look at that each time and continue giving errors.

What is the size of the new .db file that you have PT pointing to?

Than please, expalin to me. If this is trouble of ongame, why noone else don't have this problem? I think there a lot of people which plays Ongame with PT2, why they haven't same problem?

I have no idea why you are having these problems. The Ongame software is terrible, there are lots of people that have problem with it, not just you. Most of the problems are that hands are missing because the Ongame software has a bad lag in the time it takes to write the hand histories. The more tables you play at a time the worse the problem is. I have no control over how the poker sites design and support their software, the Ongame people have known there are problems with their software for years now and they never do anything to fix it.
