Full Tilt imports

I'm suddenly getting import errors for Full Tilt. They may have changed their log.

Examples:

Format error - negative rake calculated for game #8583036554. This is usually indicative of the hand history missing player betting actions, possibly because of a disconnect problem. To import the hand you would need to contact Full Tilt support and ask them to send you a correctly formatted version of this hand.

Error - unexpected action (*** TURN *** [6c 8c 9c] [9h]) for game #8583038237.

Error - unexpected action (*** RIVER *** [2d 3d As Js] [Ad]) for game #8508760110.

They haven't changed the format that I'm aware of, these hands indicate that these hands aren't being saved to the file correctly. Post the hand history text from these 3 hands.

Im having the same problems. Anytime I do auto import I get these errors and have to use task manager to close PTV2. I just have FT saving my HH's and hadnt had problems until yesterday.

I don't see how you would have to use task manager to close the program just because you get errors importing hands. There has to be more than this going on. These errors don't prevent all hands from being imported, just the ones that aren't formatted correctly. So why do you have to use task manager to close the program? Is there some other message you are getting? A database error message??
