Net profit question

Simple example: Suppose I filter out a few choice hands that show a profit of $100. Next I go to position analysis and see BB and SB costs are $90.
Does this means I net $10 if I only play those hands?

I don't understand what you are talking about. The "Diff w/o Blind" column tells you how much you won on the hands if you take out what you piad for the blinds.
