pokergrapher no longer working

I use PT2, and never had a problem seeing graphs with poker grapher. I didn't change any settings on anything in the computer, but now when I try to use pokergrapher, it says "Data Load Error" "No data matched your criteria." Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did you fix it? (short of buying PT3)
