UB 6max import problem

Hi, I recently posted having a problem with the imports of UB hands. This is happening for 6 max and 6max only as far as I know. Some, not all (usuallly only a few, but sometimes a lot) of the hands are not importing into PT ALTHOUGH THEY ARE ALL PRESENT IN THE FOLDER THAT THEY ARE BEING SENT YOU. As a result, after each session I have to sort through this folder and manually import the hands and am constantly finding certain hands aren't getting into the database. Interestingly enough, the hands that don't get imported are always hands where there is a huge pot won or lost ( throwing off my PT statistics ). ACEHUD I have unclicked show stats from current limit only--as I was told to do. I also click on treat all hands as 6-max when auto-importing. I also keep the UB hand history folder at the table open for the entire session-again as I was told. I need some help with this and as I said, for some strange reason when I play full ring games, this problem never occurs as far as I know.

What version number of PT2 are you using?

Use the online support system to attach one of the files that has hands that won't import, tell me what hand #'s are missing.

Usually I manually import to see if any hands haven't imported automatically. How do I go about using this support system, as I do not know what hands specifically have not been imported the first time around. Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I thought you were saying some hands never get imported at all? If you are saying that these hands get imported if you go back and do it later then I don't know how I'd ever be able to determine if there is an issue if I don't know what hands didn't import the first time. I've never seen this problem before and I've not touched the UB import code in probably 3 years.

Make sure you are using the latest patch, v2.17.03b

Ok I downloaded the patch. Hopefully this will help the problem. And yes, when I manually import the hands get imported fine..some of them simply don't auto import like they should so I have to go to the folder where the table hands are being recorded and import each table and from there I always see something like 1 hand successfully imported...sometimes its something 120 hands though that don't auto import...very strange phenomenon.
