Everest : No difference between tables.

Hi, Everest came up with a new software today and now all my table in gametime+ come with the same table number. In the import window, it shows "Starting import, 1 files founds". Normaly it will tell it found several files found. One files per tables I'm playing.

I don't support GT+ so I don't know what the issue it.

Is PT importing the hands correctly? Do the table appear correct in PT?

Yes and no!

I had 4 tables open. PokerTracker did import 4 different session but they all have the same table number. Let's say the first hand was imported from table Malabo-11, well all the other session (tables) now are all identified as malabo-11.

So you should have had 4 different hand history files, one for each table.

Please find these 4 hand history files from today and create a support ticket and attach them to that ticket so I can look at them. Here is a link to the support system....

Same problem here. Since the new version of Everest PT and GT+ see no difference between the tables. f.E. when I play Dili 12
and Dili 25 there is 2xDili12 shown in GT+. The stats are different for both tables but only ovelaying in the Dili 12 table. Do not really know if it is a Tracker or GT+ Problem. If sb. found a solution please post here.

This is an Everest problem from what I can see. If they are only creating one file for each table you are playing then that is why PT thinks they are all from the same table. These files have a header line at the top that says what the table name is and there is usually 1 file per table, not one file that combines the hands from multiple tables.

I've sent an email to Everest. I'll keep you posted on the answer they'll give me. Normally it takes somewhere between 0 and 24 hours for a reply from them. But since they look to have some bug with the new software, history files may be the least of their concerns.

well...regarding Everst, PT and gametime+ I have a question related to the topic...

In gametime+, I dont see any tables at all...I can select only one Database which seems to be default...typing in my name doesnt change anything and there are no tables to chose from...
