Conversion of UB XLS to Text

Hi,

Can someone remind me please how to convert the XLS or TXT hand history files sent by UB into the required format for import into PokerTracker. There are text files on our hard disk now of matches we play, but this one particular match I played did not save for some reason. I used to just save the XLS file as a TXT file I thought, and it worked in the past, but perhaps I made a mistake.

Click the help link at the top right corner of the UB auto-import window and there is a link there with directions on what to do if you get files from their support that shows how to convert it to text.
